Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create using Qotify, including quotes, documents, and other materials ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of all AI-generated content before using it for business purposes.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Qotify, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service

• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content

IN NO EVENT SHALL QOTIFY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO QOTIFY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

QOTIFY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qotify, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
